The Man they Call Sean

Sean Faust is a singer-songwriter in the alternative/ progressive rock genre from New Jersey that has been playing Can’t Stop the Serenity events since 2008. In 2012 he started the “Hero Of Canton Sing Along Challenge” where he plays the song live with as many people in attendance joining him on stage (or whatever the platform may be) to sing along!

In May of 2014 Sean released his single called “Signal” inspired by the movie Serenity and starting off where the show Firefly ended. From the beginning he has donated 50% of sales from that song to Equality Now on behalf of CSTS and happily continues to do so year after year. “They’re my favorite events of the year! It’s always a blast to meet new people or get to see friends again that I’ve made along the way. I would honestly love to perform at every CSTS event one of these years if it’s possible!”

While Sean’s music isn’t limited to the ‘Verse in general, you can hear more of his heartfelt music at the above websites. He is also currently recording his next album and writing songs specifically related to our shiny crew and their adventures for the 2017 CSTS season.

“Signal” is available everywhere digital media is sold. Want to hear the song first? Give it a listen here: http://seanfaust.bandcamp.com/track/signal. Signal is a great way to support Can’t Stop the Serenity and to have something to keep you company in between events. If you like it, purchase it now (for $1), during the CSTS season where it will do the most good. Note that the CSTS Season ends at the end of October, so faster would be better.
