Registration for 2017 season now open!!

Can you stop her from bein’ so cheerful? I don’t believe there’s a power in the ‘verse that can stop us from being so cheerful as we announce that registration for this year’s Can’t Stop the Serenity season is now open!!

The season will run from June 1st to October 31st and you can host a screening or affiliate event (quiz, bbq etc) at any point during that time.

If you’re thinking about running an event but have some questions first, check out the Host an Event section of the website.

This section also includes a huge range of Event Resources to help you and your team with the planning process.

Once you know what you are doing, let the Global Team know by filling in an event registration form. If you still have some details to work out then fill in an Expression of Interest form so your event is on our radar and go back to the registration form once you have everything in place.

Being an official CSTS Event means that you become part of the CSTS community which means we will assist you with promotion and give you access to our forums in which you can talk and share with other organisers, hear what worked and what could have been done better. You will also be able to access the exclusive sponsorship package which our Global Team work tirelessly to pull together from our extremely generous global sponsors.

Important dates for registration

Registration for 2017 events is now open!

Registration closes based on when your event will be held.

• For events to be held in June or July – Registration closes March 31st, 2017
• For events to be held in August or September – Registration closes June 30th, 2017
• For events to be held in October – Registration closes July 31st, 2017

No event registration forms will be accepted after July 31st, 2017.

Early registration allows the Global Team to efficiently provide your event with access to Can’t Stop the Serenity merchandise (which usually needs to be ordered in March/April). Please note that registering later (particularly after the March 31st deadline) may mean that you may miss out some of the merchandise options, as merchandise ordering dates may have passed. However, we’ll do our best to get you sorted out.

In 11 years we have raised almost 1.1 million US dollars for Equality Now and dozens of other charities so we look forward to adding to that amazing total with this year’s events.

Once the art competition is over and we have our 2017 logo we will let you all know how to order t-shirts etc. After the success of last year’s process we are hoping to use the same system but we will let you know all the details when we can.
