REGISTRATION FOR 2010 IS OPEN AND WAITING FOR YOU! This year, there is a two step registration process Pre-Registration and Registration. Pre-Registration gives the Global Team some basic information about your plans, such as which city your event is being planned in, the event type (screening or affiliate) and the contact information of the organisers. This form will be reviewed by the Global Team and if its all in order, we will provide you with access to the CSTS Organisers Forum where youll have access to resources and information needed to captain a successful CSTS event, as well as room to share and discuss your plans with other organisers. Once youve set a date and booked your venue, you must complete the Registration Form. This form will be reviewed by the Global Team and if its all in order, we will confirm your status as an Official CSTS Event. Being an official CSTS Event City means that you become part of the wonderful CSTS community which comes with some amazing perks. Well help you raise money for Equality Now by providing access to official CSTS merchandise and items from our wonderful sponsors to use as auction/raffle/contest prizes. Your event will be listed on our website and linked to your own website, and be promoted by the Global Team. Youll be given access to our forums to talk with other organisers who have come before and continue to triumph. Your events charitable donation will be added to the 2010 Global Donation Total. And youll get the support of other shiny people who are travelling this journey with you! In other words, you get a lot. The Registration Form should only be completed once the details for your event have been finalised (including venue, date, event times and ticket price). Please allow 48 hours for the review of your Registration Form. Once your event has been approved, you will receive an email from the Global Team confirming your status as an Official Registered Event. Note: You are not officially registered until you receive a second email stating so. The first email is a confirmation of receipt only. Event Window: This year, to keep the vision of Cant Stop the Serenity as focused as it was 5 years ago, we will only be accepting event dates between 1 June 2010 and 30 September 2010. Registration Forms received for events outside these dates will not be accepted. You may register your interest at anytime until 1 June 2010. No Pre-Registration forms will be accepted after this date. The Event Registration deadline is 31 March 2010. Happy Valentine's Day! Since yours truly had nowhere to go, nothing to do, and no one around... YOU GET A TREAT! For any and all interested parties, 2010 Registration for CSTS is NOW OPEN! The process has changed a bit since last time but the new Global Team feels it will help alleviate some of the issues that cropped up in earlier years. There are two steps to registration this year: pre-registration and registration (inventive names, I know). Pre-registration is for anyone who did not host a CSTS event last year. Registration is what gets your event city on the map. However, you must have all your information available to the CSTS Global Team when you fill it out. Not doing so will result in delays with your registration. For anyone who is willing, and able, to host a CSTS event, we would love to hear from you. Hosting your own event in uncharted territory is a rewarding challenge, something to be achieved, and something you'll be able to look back on with pride for years to come. Welcome everyone to the 2010 Can't Stop the Serenity season! This year marks the 5th anniversary of CSTS and we here on the Global Team are trying to make it better and bigger than ever. In 2009, they have already raised over $128,000 for charity. This auction aims to reach the goal of $150,000 raised by "Can't Stop the Serenity" in 2009. For the fourth year in a row, in over 50 cities across 7 countries, thousands of people around the world have participated in �Can�t Stop the Serenity� fund-raising events to benefit "Equality Now," a charity organization working to protect the basic human rights of women and girls across the planet. Shawna Trpcic is the creative genius behind the unique looks of each of the dolls as they go from persona to persona, and has generously donated this rare chance to take a behind the scenes look into this cult series.
