Good news everyone! Our third annual Can't Stop the Music showcase will take place just a few hours following the screening at Buzz Brews on Lemmon Avenue in Dallas. Buzz Brews is an eclectic mash up of coffee house, pub and diner, with a variety of choices ranging from veggie to pancakes to burgers, and offering a full coffee menu as well as traditional tavern fare in a clean communal environment. It is located at: 4334 Lemmon A...venue, Dallas, TX. This year's showcase will be headlined by Inner Frequency - veterans of both previous showcases, and an absolute blast on stage. Also returning this year will be the sultry Velvet Kittens of Le Cabaret Burlesque - a theatrical variety troupe not to be missed! New to our performance this year will be a special performance by the Velvet Kittens’ very own burlesque students, as well as musical performers Stefan Prigmore, Matthew Lane of Braker Lane, The Neptune Locals, and The King James Trio. Some items (TBD) will be reserved for raffle only at the showcase, so take a break after the screening, or come straight on out to Buzz Brews and grab a beer (or a coffee!) but don't miss this night of music and dance for Equality Now!! Entry is totally free, but a small donation to Equality Now would be very much appreciated.
