2017 Expression of Interest
If you’re starting to plan an event but haven’t got all the details finalised, this form lets the Global Team know your intentions. You will be given access to our Event Organizer forum where you can access information, meet other event teams and start to get ideas, inspiration and advice about your event.
You must complete this form no later than 8 weeks before your proposed event, and no later than June 30th.
How to fill out the form:
All fields MUST be completed
. Please provide as much detail as possible. If you do not provide sufficient detail, processing of your form may be delayed until all necessary information is received. The form must be submitted by the person named as Lead Organizer, and you must provide contact information for at least two people who are responsible for organising the event (including a personal email address for each). We cannot accept PO Box Addresses as a point of contact.
What happens next?
After submission, you will receive a confirmation email (sent to the email address listed for the Lead Organizer). This email acknowledges receipt of your submission – it does not mean your form has been processed. Your form will be reviewed by the Global Team, who will contact you if any further information is required.
Once your form has been processed, you will be notified and the CSTS Forum user account of the two Organizers will be promoted to Organizer status. This will give you access to the Organizers Only area where you can access event resources and connect with other Organizers.
Your event is not an official CSTS event until you submit a Registration Form and it has been approved.
If you don’t submit an Event Registration form by the deadline appropriate to your event date, your event will be removed from the calendar and your Organizer access will be removed.
You must not advertise your event until you have sent in your Event Registration and your event has been approved.
