The North Texas Browncoats are gearing up for their 10th annual Can’t Stop the Serenity shindig, and tickets are now on sale! This year’s Charity Film Screening event will feature the epic space western Serenity and the comedy / horror cult classic Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog* – singing along is optional!

Join us also for our usual lineup of games and activities, including our annual costume contest, Evil Laugh competition, and pub style trivia rounds interspersed throughout the day. All proceeds benefit our wonderful charity Equality Now!

The Shindig will begin at Brewvies Cinema Pub from 4:00pm-7:30pm. But the wacky fun doesn’t end there – it then moves next door to the Legends Sports Pub from 7:30pm-Midnight for food, auctions, prize drawings, and a cosplay contest. Pennsylvania Browncoats’ CSTS Screening Breaks Atmo’ This Saturday Night!

CSTS 2019 Philadelphia - Pennsylvania BrowncoatsThe Delaware Valley Brigade of the Pennsylvania Browncoats always aims to misbehave, and is set to do exactly that at their annual Can’t Stop the Serenity event in Philadelphia this Saturday, June 22nd, from 6pm-12am, at the Firepit Cinema. (Note: this is an outdoor event — think old-fashioned drive-in, but without the cars — so bring your own chairs!)

It’s Time for the CSTS 2019 Art Contest!

The Can’t Stop The Serenity promotional art contest is back for 2019! Do you think you’ve got what it takes to design our official promotional artwork?

CSTS Logos 2006 - 2018Since 2006, Can’t Stop The Serenity has raised over one million dollars for Equality Now. We can do even more good works in 2019, but only if people show up! That’s where you can come in. The annual promotional artwork is a critical tool for raising awareness about the event, building excitement, and getting people out to CSTS events around the world. It tells people that we are back for another year. And we know there are lots of creative Browncoats out there with the skills to make this happen!

The Shiny Stuff

The winner’s artwork will be featured prominently throughout our CSTS website and social media outlets, and on any T-shirts, and promos created for the annual CSTS season.… Read more…

A Warm Welcome to our New Steering Committee Members.

We are delighted to announce that we have two new members on the Global Steering Committee! Please join us in welcoming Matt Black and Cheryl Mattson!

Serving as an executive and consistency committee, the Global Steering Committee (GSC) is responsible for maintaining the high standards and reputation of CSTS, and is a repository of CSTS knowledge for the Global Team and Local Event Organizers.

We also support the Global Event Coordinator (GEC), can step in if the GEC is unable to continue in that capacity or needs additional help, and we provide a recourse for Local Event Organizers if they have issues that need additional support beyond the Global Team. The GSC is made up of members with lots of experience with CSTS at a global and local level, and who are passionate about CSTS.… Read more…
