Art Vote 2009

We sent the signal out and a few of the brave and bold with their brilliant artistical skillz took up the gauntlet (and their pallets) to create this year’s promotional art.

We know it’s gonna be a challenge – but we need you, the good folk of the ‘Verse, to help us choose which one will become the official artwork for CSTS 2009. You can only vote once and you’ve only got until March 12th to get your voice heard and your vote counted.

So vote and then tell your friends to spread the word and come help us choose the best of the best.

  1. They are all so wonderful, yet a few were a little “busy.” I stil had a difficult time choosing, but the one I thought best caught my eye right off.

  2. So nice to see so many ‘Verse inspired talented people! Now to choose that one I liked the most…

  3. Beautiful! I’d buy any one of ’em. I finally narrowed it down to two but got stuck there and then just asked vampirefan how she voted. Whew!

  4. It’s a tough choice but I have my favorites (notice that s on the end there lol)

  5. All good stuff, some honourable mentions but one of them IMHO was clear ahead of the others in terms of design and ease of translating to printed form. Striking and to the point is what’s needed and this one just leapt out. It will also work as well in black and white if need be. Hope I’m right and it wins. I agree that a few were much too “busy” to work on small flyers say, but would still look neat as posters. The one chosen though, has to work in all the likely formats and as far as I can see, there is only one that does that and looks very shiny doing so.

  6. These are all fab. I really love the artwork on all, for totally different reasons on each. I guess, though, if I were to really pick it would have to an artwork that also had the website on it. For those who don’t go, they can still research.

  7. Speaking of the website..it can actually be included on any of the end designs without compromising the design.
    Nice idea, kallipygosred.
